Non-Tenant Aircraft Landing Fees

Aircraft with a certified maximum gross landing weight over 30,000 pounds as defined by the FAA are subject to landing fees at Midland International Air & Space Port (MAF) and Midland Airpark (MDD).

Government Aircraft
Angel Flights
Air Ambulance
Fire Fighting Aircraft
Test Flights
Touch-and-Go Operations (initial landing is subject to billing if applicable)

Vector PLANEPASS® Billing & Collection Service

Effective June 1, 2024, landing fees are managed by Vector Airport Systems via their PLANEPASS® service on behalf of the airport.

Any fees paid to FBO(s) are separate from fees billed and collected by Vector.

Access Self-Service Portal

To log in, use the operator ID and invoice number shown on your Vector invoice. If you have not previously received an invoice, please contact the PLANEPASS® team to set up an account.

Payment Methods

Method	Details
Credit Card	AVCARD, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover accepted. A 3% service provider processing fee applies.
Check	Mail to the remittance address shown in the upper left corner of your Vector invoice. Include the Invoice Number or Operator ID. Ensure payment is mailed to the airport payment address shown on the invoice.
ACH/Wire Transfer	Email billing@vector-us.com to get banking details. Remittance information should also be sent to this email address.
