Welcome to Midland International Air & Space Port
The Midland International Air & Space Port (MAF) is located halfway between Midland and Odessa and ranked eighth in Texas for primary commercial service airports. MAF serves 43 counties in Western Texas and Eastern New Mexico, and is the closest airport to Big Bend National Park.
The airport is approximately 330 miles from Dallas, Texas, and 300 miles from El Paso, Texas.

Space Port Designation
In 2014, Midland International Airport became the first primary commercial service airport in the nation to be granted a Space Port license by the FAA. This historic designation opened doors for commercial space operations and continues to position MAF at the forefront of aerospace innovation.
