Midland Airport Badging Office
The Midland International Air & Space Port's badging office is located on the third floor of the Terminal Building. Appointments are required for badge application processing and training.

A badge application must be submitted before fingerprinting or training can occur.

Lost Badge Penalties
Lost badge penalties are cumulative per badge series.

| 2nd Lost Badge | $250.00 |
| 3rd Lost Badge | $350.00 |
Note: Additional lost badges may not be issued. A meeting with an Airport Security Coordinator will be required. Lost badges found and returned within 30 days will receive a $75 refund.
