Midland International Air & Space Port is the first commercial spaceport co-located with an FAA Part 139 commercial airport. As an FAA-approved Commercial Space Launch & Re-Entry Site, the airport serves as a cutting-edge hub for the aerospace and defense industries—producing, testing, and launching satellites and reusable vehicles.

Airspace Corridors

Spaceport Business Park
Phase 1 consists of 50 acres on the southeast side of the airport. Existing commercial space and shovel-ready sites are available with ground leases for aerospace and aviation development.
Leasing Opportunities
Sites are available within the Spaceport Business Park with leasing incentives for qualifying companies. The Midland Development Corporation negotiates mutually beneficial lease terms.
